began in 2020. As I continue to develop my own personal editing process and our team process, I will add my thoughts. For now, I can say that it certainly takes a team to publish something. With the Highlander, we like to have multiple eyes look over everything. I would also like to share that I have noticed that I have grown as a leader from editing. When I edit the center spread, I work closely with the writers to give them appropriate feedback on their writing. I also want to make sure we are on the same page (pun intended) for how I design the spread. Overall, I am always pleased with the product.
